Debit Orders (Mygate Pro) - Header row must be identified with the letter 'H'.

When receiving a"Header row must be identified with the letter 'H' "error, it usually means that the excel spreadsheet is corrupted.

Copying the data into a new spreadsheet will resolve the issue.

If this does not resolve the issue you can try the following:

  • Check that the action dates in the HEADER correspond to the action dates in the FOOTER.
  • Check that the Total number of RECORDS
  • Check that the TOTAL AMOUNT is correct

 

Please contact Mygate support if none of the above resolved the issue.
