When receiving a"Header row must be identified with the letter 'H' "error, it usually means that the excel spreadsheet is corrupted.
Copying the data into a new spreadsheet will resolve the issue.
If this does not resolve the issue you can try the following:
- Check that the action dates in the HEADER correspond to the action dates in the FOOTER.
- Check that the Total number of RECORDS
- Check that the TOTAL AMOUNT is correct
