How do we activate or deactivate 3D Secure on our account?

  • 3D Secure needs to be activated on the account by your merchant bank. Once this is done, MyGate will associate 3D Secure on the account.
  •  To deactivate 3D Secure a request would need to be sent to your merchant bank to have 3D secure deactivated as there are risks involved that would need to be explained from a banking perspective.
  • Once 3D Secure has been deactivated on the your account, we can then disassociate 3D Secure from the application.
