How do we activate or deactivate 3D Secure on our account? 3D Secure needs to be activated on the account by your merchant bank. Once this is done, MyGate will associate 3D Secure on the account. To deactivate 3D Secure a request would need to be sent to your merchant bank to have 3D secure deactivated as there are risks involved that would need to be explained from a banking perspective.
