How can I view my submitted debit order batches?

In order to view whether or not your batches were successfully submitted, first log into your Mygate web console.

  • Select Products then Debit Orders on the top menu bar.
  • Select Reporting on the left menu bar.
  • From the drop down menu select Debit Order Reports.
  • Select your desired date range, your application, and then under search type select Collections Batches Submitted.

 

This will present you with all the batches that were submitted.
