How do NAEDO Debit Orders work?

NAEDO (Non-authenticated early debit order)
is a debit order collection system that allows you to track client's bank accounts, so that the debit can take place when sufficient funds are available.

NAEDO gives you the ability to track bank accounts over a period of time, by repeatedly presenting the debit order for approval. Tracking of bank accounts can be determined by you, and can range from 1-32 days.

NAEDO transactions can be processed on any workday (excluding public holidays), and can be dated up to 60 days in advance. Transactions need to be authorised by 11am one business day prior to the first tracking date.

Key features include:

  • Automated changing of action dates and dynamic tracking.
  • Track accounts for available funds
  • Reduce unpaid charges
  • Track up to 32 days
