How can I view a transaction report for a specific client?

First please log into your MyGate web console here.

1. Select "Products" and "Payment Gateway".


2. Select "Credit Card Reporting" on the left hand side menu and select "Transaction Reports" in the drop down menu.


3. Complete the date range and specify the search criteria by select "Card Holder" in the Advanced Search field. Insert the cardholder for which you wish to search and hit "Proceed".
