The merchant would need to apply directly to Amex by calling their call centre on: (011 6678173) and telling them the following:
Amex Call Centre will give you a tracking reference number.
If you have any problems with their service, please contact one of the Service Managers on 011 6688131 or 011 6678129.
Once they have issued your Amex merchant ID, please advise MyGate to associate Amex to your application.
