If you are unable to find a transaction in the normal transaction report.
Please check if it is an EFT Secure or Mobicred transaction, if this is the case,
search transaction in relevant tab under alternative payment methods.
If you are unable to find a transaction in the Bank Recon report.
Check the status of the transaction, this must be in a settled or credited state.
Check date of settlement and search bank recon for the day before or day after.
