If you are unable to find a transaction in the normal transaction report.
Please check if it is a Instant EFT or Mobicred, if this is the case.
Search transaction in relevant tab under alternative payment methods.
If you are unable to find a transaction in the Bank Recon report.
Check the status of the transaction, this must be in a settled or credited state.
Check date of settlement and search bank recon for the day before or day after.
